Role/ Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Tender Specialist who can independently handle tender
reading, analysis, bidding, and proposal submissions for government, PSU, and private sector
projects. The candidate must be well-versed with GeM, government procurement portals, and
offline tender processes, along with strong proposal writing and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Key Result Areas
Search, track, and shortlist tenders from GeM, e-procurement portals, PSU portals, and
offline sources.
Read and clearly understand the entire tender document, including eligibility, technical
scope, terms, and conditions..
Analyse tender requirements based on industry: manpower services, IT manpower,
engineering services, non-IT services, and software projects.
Prepare technical and financial bids as per tender requirements.
Write clear, compliant, and qualified bidding proposals, cover letters, declarations, and
supporting documents.

Upload,



manage and submit bids on:
● GeM (Government e-Marketplace)

● Central/State e-procurement portals

● PSU procurement platforms

Handle corrigendum updates, bid extensions, vendor queries, and clarifications.

Ensure smooth coordination for EMD, BG, vendor registration and compliance
submissions.
Work closely with PSU clients for queries, meetings, follow-ups and clarifications.
Participate in pre-bid meetings and prepare minutes/notes for internal teams.
Reporting & Follow Ups: Follow up on tender status, evaluation, and award updates.

Prior experience 5+ years of experience
working with GeM, e-procurement portals,
PSU tenders, and offline bids
