About the Role
As a Compliance Specialist, you will focus on driving compliance, internal controls, and risk management within the finance function. It involves managing SOX/internal audit activities,



SAP GRC access controls, audit coordination, and process improvement initiatives while ensuring strong governance and regulatory compliance. The position requires strong accounting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, along with expertise in ERP/SAP systems and internal control frameworks. Experience in multinational organizations, Big 4 firms, or Capability Centre environments is an added advantage.

What You Will Do
- Prepare and maintain Risk Control Matrix, control documentations etc.
- Periodic assessment and self-testing of controls and update process documentation.
- Define internal controls for various processes, enforce & ensure compliance.
- Advice on potential risks and provide mitigation during process changes.
- Handle (initiate) SAP GRC access requests, handle incoming authorization requests (approve in the absence of the manager).
