Job Description:

Branch Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain of Laptops / desktops and network devices ( switches, firewalls)
Application & System Support :Provide L1/L2 support for core business applications.
Coordinate with the central application team
Ensure timely deployment of updates, patches, releases, and version upgrades
Act as the primary IT contact for all branches
Connectivity Support to branches
Coordination with Providers for any connectivity issues.
IT asset management
Assisting branches for UPS related issues
CCTV support

Qualification:

B.Tech / B.Sc. in Computer Science
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in IT support, system administration

Additional information:

Travel to branches/sites as required.
On‑call availability for critical issues.
Coordination with central IT and external vendors.
Shifts are not applicable.
Location: R9-RO - TRICHUR
