Creating building designs for High-rise, Commercial and Residential buildings, Villas, Hospital buildings, and Academic Institutions by using Autocad, Revit, 3DS Max, Photoshop & Sketch.
Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.
Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients.
Coordination with consultants, site and clients.
Producing detailed working drawings.
Making sites visit to check the progress of work.
Have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail in drawing.
Coordinate with service consultants to issue GFC drawings.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Expertise in architectural design and project management.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture, or related field.
Excellent knowledge of architectural industry software and tools.
