Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your verification and validation expertise in
a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside team-oriented and innovative
teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of urban
signalling systems, making a meaningful impact on the safety and efficiency of
transportation. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business
(e.g., development, engineering, and testing teams), manage and mentor a team of
testers and engineers, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of automating test scripts and leading V&V; efforts
for urban signalling solutions,



but also contribute to the development of test
strategies and plans.

We’ll look to you for:

* Verification and Validation (V&V;) efforts for projects

* Developing and executing test plans and strategies

* Collaborating with development teams to ensure quality and compliance

* Managing and mentoring a team of testers and engineers

* Reporting and communicating test results and progress to stakeholders

* Driving innovation in test automation processes

succeed and grow in this role:

* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

* Minimum 3 years of expertise in Python

* At least 1 year of experience with Robot Framework or equivalent testing
libraries

* Experience with client/server and microservices architecture

* Proficiency
