Executes regional Air & LCL tender and contract management activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of RFQ responses and Rate filings within defined commercial and governance frameworks. The role supports complex and strategic bids by coordinating inputs across Pricing, Product, and Platform teams to ensure competitive and executable Processes. Responsible for maintaining accuracy, data integrity, and contract quality, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives in tender processes and execution efficiency.

Key responsibilities
Execute Air & LCL tender preparation and RFQ responses for assigned markets/customers. · Prepare accurate pricing, quotations, and contract filings in line with commercial and governance guidelines. · Support complex and strategic bids by consolidating inputs from pricing, product, Sales and procurement teams. · Ensure data accuracy, rate integrity, and timely submission of tender deliverables.



· Perform basic commercial analysis to support competitiveness and timely submissions · Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in tender execution. · Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment on customer solutions and Processes · Support RCA efforts for errors, delays, and invoice quality issues.
