- Proactively monitor, manage, and
report on execution of deliverables.
- Positive troubleshooting experience on
multiple networking platforms and technologies.
- Experience in WAN protocols BGP, OSPF
(CCNP – Routing & Switching)
- Complete customer POCs from a Transformation
Point of view.
- Make sure team adhere to Network equipment and
monitoring Network Infra and Network Monitoring (NOC), SOP based resolution,
Devices Health Check
Soft commissioning, Soft decommission of




network devices.
- Configuration update, Patch/IOS upgrade of
Network Devices like SD-WAN, Router, Switches, Firewalls.
- Monitoring & Incident co-ordination of WAN
links, MPLS,
Internet links, layer 2 Links, Express Route, Azure breakout IP Address and DHCP management Vendor/OEM Coordination during life cycle mgmt.
and Design Continuous Service Improvement.
