Iron Mountain is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Regional Head - DC Construction to join our Business Function/Department team.
In this role,



you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end planning, design coordination, execution, commissioning, and defect-free handover of large-scale, multi-million-dollar hyperscale and enterprise data center infrastructure projects.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations professionals, driving operational excellence and rigorous risk management throughout the entire project lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Project Leadership & Governance: Drive end-to-end delivery of greenfield and brownfield data center projects exceeding $100M USD, establishing robust governance structures to ensure compliance with quality, schedule, and budget metrics.
