Purpose of the role:
- The position has been created to enable transparent focus on handling a Area of 7-10 branches for Retail/Micro finance/New product & To ensure sourcing/profitability/collection in the branches by maintaining high quality of portfolio as per company norms and process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Area in terms of Sales, Branch operations and administration.
- Build a high Quality Loan portfolio for the Area of 7-10 braches
- Responsible to Achieve targeted for the Branches in the Area.




- Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed of the Area
- Maintain Manage & Deliver Branch productivity for Micro finance/Micro LAP/HF/AGRI/New product
- Responsible acquit ion of recurring deposit for the bank through eligible micro finance members
- Responsible for sufficient manpower in every branch to achieve the desired results
- Handholding team of Branch Managers/Cluster Managers to achieve desired targets
- Field Visit with branch team members to handhold in sourcing & collection
- Responsible for sales team to high performance and be a team player
- To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance
- Ensuring 100% compliance to policies & processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies.
- Responsible for training team members on product & handhold
