ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE:
To manage overall Product development [TW & Pre-Owned Cars] for the VF department
To track and monitor overall VF portfolio health [TW & Pre-Owned Cars Business]
To automate processes and provide enablers for growth of business
Define & lead the product vision, planning & strategy for the department
Oversee the product development & go to market strategy for the TW product
Oversee the overall budgeting plan for the department
Leverage ancillary product [Trade Advance] and help in setting up of Inventory Funding
Develop tech enablers for growth of business and to improve process efficiency
Participate in negotiations and setting up collaborations with DSA/Fintech partners
Competitor benchmarking and market study to upgrade existing product and services
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and IT to make sure critical projects are launched on time




Collaborate with Compliance, Risk and Audit to assess and mitigate risks
Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Collections, Operations to formulate holistic Product strategy to enable growth of business
Liaison with other businesses within the bank to build synergy for business growth

Educational Qualifications: Degree/PG / MBA or equivalent

Experience:
Minimum 11-13 years of overall experience in managing product development and strategy with minimum 2-3 years of related experience [proven track record of managing portfolio in similar capacity]
Experience in Vehicle Finance Product [TW, Pre-Owned Cars, Light Commercial Vehicle, etc will be preferred]
