Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Benefits Administration Analyst to join our Total Rewards team.
In this role,



you will be responsible for executing the implementation, ongoing administration, and operational governance of benefit plans across your designated region while balancing global corporate consistency with local relevance.
You will act as a regional Subject Matter Expert, utilizing a blend of rigorous operational execution, vendor management, and clear communication to optimize the employee experience.
What You’ll Do In this role, you will:
- Perks Administration & Operations: Execute end-to-end regional lifecycle management for benefit plans—including vendor implementation, onboarding, annual open enrollments, and plan renewals—while conducting routine quality assurance on data files within Workday and ServiceNow to resolve complex employee escalations.
