As an Incident Manager in IT Infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and availability for clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on designing and implementing robust IT systems that support business operations, confirming the smooth functioning of networks, servers,



and data centers to optimize performance and minimize downtime.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions.
