Solid Functional knowledge to support in solutioning and Testing of CC&B;/C2M related requirements
. Complete Knowledge on 'V' model and its various entities
. Complete knowledge on Transactional data flow within different modules of CC&B;
. Complete knowledge on Billing, Customer and Payments module
. Complete knowledge on Metering, Credit & Collections and Field Orders dispatch
. Should possess sufficient knowledge on Customer contact, case Management and Todo management
. Should have good knowledge on various Base background processes (batches) available in CC&B;
. Should have good knowledge on various Financial Transactions created and its integration with external financial system
. Working knowledge on Rates will be preferred
. Responsible for writing Test Scenarios based on Functional & Business Requirements
. Responsible for writing detailed test cases, Test Reports, Traceability matrix and Defect Statu
