Avaali is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and strengthen Avaali's digital presence across LinkedIn and other key platforms. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role where you'll own the complete social media lifecycle—from strategy and content planning to creative development, publishing, community engagement, and performance analytics. You will work closely with the Marketing, Content, Design, Product, and Leadership teams to build Avaali's brand, amplify thought leadership, and drive audience engagement across our enterprise product and service portfolio.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end social media strategy across LinkedIn (primary) and other relevant platforms including X (Twitter), YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
Develop and manage quarterly, monthly, and weekly content calendars aligned with Avaali's marketing, branding, and demand generation objectives.
Create engaging social media content including static creatives, carousels, short-form videos, captions, and campaign assets that align with Avaali's brand guidelines.




Write compelling, insight-driven copy that effectively communicates Avaali's products, services, customer success stories, and thought leadership.
Build Avaali's organic brand visibility by increasing third-party mentions, media coverage, customer advocacy, and industry engagement.
Grow Avaali's and leadership profiles' social presence through audience development, organic engagement strategies, and platform best practices.
Proactively engage with customers, partners, analysts, industry influencers, and online communities to build relationships and increase brand awareness.
Drive employee advocacy initiatives by enabling leadership and employees to actively participate in social conversations.
Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing actionable insights on follower growth, engagement, website traffic, and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
