Position Name - Product Manager-MDM

Location - Mumbai/ Hybrid

Experience Range - 5-8 years

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Own product roadmap and execution is for MDM platform.

Design and drive features for device enrollment, compliance, remote actions, and telemetry.

Integrate with backend, AI, and analytics teams to enable predictive maintenance and automation.

Benchmark and differentiate against global MDMs (Intune, Jamf, Hexnode, ManageEngine, Scalefusion).

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and service teams for seamless delivery.

Qualification and Experience:

5–8 years’ experience as Product Manager in MDM/UEM/ITSM platforms.

Solid understanding of device management, enterprise security, and SaaS architecture.

Hands-on with MDM protocols (APNs, FCM, Windows MDM), API integrations, and automation tools (Python, PowerShell).

Excellent stakeholder communication, ownership, and execution focus.
