Your job:

Align with test managers and analysts on test strategy, plans, schedules, and technical details
Prepare, plan, and execute test cases using ALM systems in internal or external labs
Perform and supervise tests including climatic, endurance, vibration, EMC, and IP protection
Evaluate test results, document findings, and generate detailed test reports
Qualify components with Profinet and EtherCAT interfaces
Setup and manage manual and automated test benches
Investigate customer complaints, reproduce failures, and support root cause analysis with quality teams
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary and international teams

Your qualification:

Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable technical field
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in setting up and operating complex manual or automated test systems




Experience as a test engineer in environmental testing is an advantage
Hands-on knowledge of programmable controllers (PLCs such as Siemens or Beckhoff) and peripherals
Proficiency in PLC programming according to EN61131-3, especially in Structured Text or Python
Basic understanding of industrial fieldbus protocols such as PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, or EtherCAT
Experience using ALM tools like Jira, Doors, or Codebeamer
Familiarity with software testing principles; ISTQB certification is an advantage
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
