Your job:

Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for the Embedded Testing Team
Responsibility over validation and verification of products and systems in electrical automation
Develop, coach, and support directly assigned employees
Assist test with resource allocation and project planning
Define team management strategy, set targets, and optimize workflows and test infrastructure
Promote international cooperation and establish standards in collaboration with development and test departments

Your qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or any equivalent field
Minimum 8 years of relevant skilled experience, ideally initial management experience




Strong technical understanding and sound knowledge of electrical automation, process knowledge, particularly in product development and change management
Experience in team development, coaching, and test strategy
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Proficiency in test management tools and automation processes
