Avaali is looking for an AI/ML Engineer to build and deploy intelligent machine learning solutions that power enterprise automation and digital transformation. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll work closely with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Product teams, and business stakeholders to design, develop, deploy, and optimize scalable AI/ML models across a variety of business use cases. You will play a key role in transforming research into production-ready AI solutions while ensuring performance, scalability, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for enterprise business applications.
Research, evaluate, and prototype current machine learning algorithms, AI techniques, and emerging technologies.
Work with structured and unstructured datasets, performing data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data transformation.
Deploy machine learning models into production environments with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
Build APIs, automation pipelines,



and integration workflows to operationalize AI models within enterprise applications.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
Monitor production model performance and implement model retraining, optimization, and lifecycle management strategies.
Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, monitoring, and automated deployment.
Ensure AI solutions follow best practices for performance, maintainability, scalability, and cloud-native deployment.
Stay current with advancements in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and emerging AI technologies, recommending improvements to existing solutions.

Qualifications
3–5 years of experience developing and deploying Machine Learning or AI solutions.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering,
