Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Test
Automation Lead to design, develop, and manage robust test automation
solutions across web, mobile, and API platforms. The role requires strong
hands-on expertise along with leadership capability to guide and mentor an
automation team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead
end-to-end test automation strategy, design, and execution
- Design,




develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using
Selenium, Java, and Appium
- Perform
and oversee code reviews to ensure quality, reusability, and
adherence to best practices
- Implement
and maintain API test automation for backend services
- Collaborate
with development, DevOps, and QA teams to integrate automation into CI/CD
pipelines
- Manage,
mentor, and upskill the test automation team
- Estimate
automation efforts, plan sprints, and track delivery milestones
- Identify
automation gaps and continuously improve test coverage and efficiency

Mandatory Skills
- Robust
hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver (Java)

experience in Appium for mobile automation (Android/iOS)
- Expertise
