We are looking for a leader as a Mines Manager for Ghogharpalli Coal Mines, VAML
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all mining operations to achieve production, productivity, quality, and dispatch targets while ensuring operational excellence
Ensure 100% compliance with statutory requirements under the Mines Act, CMR, Mines Rules, DGMS regulations, and other applicable mining laws
Drive a robust safety culture and achieve Zero Harm by implementing robust safety management systems, conducting audits, mitigating risks, and optimizing production costs (Rs/GCV) while ensuring adherence to approved operating budgets.
Achieve planned stripping ratio, coal recovery, and reserve conservation targets with minimal geological loss and dilution.
Collaborate closely with MDOs, contractors, regulators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless mine operations and target achievements.
