Role Overview and Responsibilities:
Dhruva Space is seeking a proactive IT Systems Administrator to strengthen our IT Operations team and support a rapidly growing workforce. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable day-to-day IT operations, delivering exceptional end-user support, and maintaining secure, scalable workplace infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows endpoint management, Google Workspace administration, cloud technologies, and IT automation, while helping drive operational excellence across the organization.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
Manage and deploy Windows 10/11 endpoints using Google Credential Provider for Windows (GCPW) and Google Endpoint Management.
Administer Google Workspace, including user provisioning, identity and access management, group policies, security configurations, and SaaS integrations.




Manage the complete IT asset lifecycle, including device provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, inventory management, and lifecycle tracking.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including network connectivity, VPN services, cloud resources, and endpoint health.
Implement and maintain endpoint security controls, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), BitLocker encryption, patch management, and compliance policies.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge base articles, and operational runbooks.
Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure upgrades, system deployments, and IT process improvements.
Contribute to building a resilient and scalable IT setting by identifying opportunities for automation,
