Lab49 is an award-winning specialist consultancy that creates bespoke technology solutions for the world's leading financial services firms. We are seeking a Cloud Migration Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale cloud transformation initiatives, working closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a robust track record of managing complex cloud migration programs, driving execution across cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise cloud migration projects, from initiation through post-migration stabilization.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Partner with stakeholders to define migration strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Infrastructure, Application Development, Security, Networking, DevOps, and Operations.




- Manage application and data migration activities to AWS cloud environments.
- Drive dependency tracking, cutover planning, testing coordination, and go-live execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues proactively, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, governance, and quality standards throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Track and report project KPIs, milestones, deliverables, and overall program health.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party resources where applicable.
- Provide regular executive-level status updates, escalation management, and strategic recommendations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to cloud transformation best practices.
