Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive overall retail business growth and expansion strategy across regions

Lead store operations, sales performance, and customer experience initiatives

Identify new market opportunities and execute store launch strategies

Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to drive revenue growth

Monitor retail KPIs, profitability, and operational efficiency across stores

Build and lead high-performing retail teams across locations

Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer retention

Qualification and Experience:

MBA / Graduate from reputed institutes preferred

-
Solid understanding of retail operations, P&L; management, and consumer behavior

-
Experience in managing multiple stores and regional retail teams

-
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
