Manager, Electro-Mechanical Engineering
About the Role
As a Manager, Electro-Mechanical Engineer, you’ll play a key part in implementing and supporting electro-mechanical systems for airport environments. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver protected, high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support hardware implementation activities, including design, construction, testing, and operation of customer equipment.
- Work collaboratively to meet agreed standards for quality, safety, and performance during on-site implementation processes.
- Prepare plans, drawings, and specifications aligned with customer needs and contractual obligations.
- Integrate electronic and mechanical components during installation of customer electro-mechanical systems.
- Share expertise and collaborate with team members to support learning and growth while contributing to decision-making and identifying dependencies and outcomes.
About the Ideal Candidate
- Technical and functional knowledge in electro-mechanical systems, especially airport customer self-service solutions.
- Hands-on experience in hardware engineering and electro-mechanical solutions.
- Experience with baggage systems engineering is helpful.
- Familiarity with Common Use Self Service (CUSS) and Passenger Processing Systems (PPS)
- Previous airport border, baggage or biometrics solutions product knowledge or experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) to collaborate effectively in a global environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively on diverse projects.
