Job Description:

Role and Responsibility:
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the company's goals and values.
- Define key messaging and ensure consistent communication across all channels.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry bodies.
- Prepare press releases, media pitches, and responses to media inquiries.
- Manage media coverage and monitor industry news relevant to the organization.
- Develop and execute strategies for effective internal communication to engage employees and promote a unified company culture.
- Create content for internal newsletters, intranet, and town hall meetings.
- Ensure transparency and transparent communication about company updates and initiatives.
- Craft compelling written content for various platforms, including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop visually appealing and impactful materials.
- Awards Management:



Managing the award submission for the entire group.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 7-8 years as a Communications Manager or in a similar communications role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in creating engaging content and adapting messaging for different audiences.
- Crisis communication experience and ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Familiarity with media relations and working with journalists.
- Understanding of digital and social media trends and platforms.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
