Key Responsibilities:

Edit and produce engaging property walkthrough videos, promotional content, and client testimonials.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-quality real estate campaigns.

Add visual effects, graphics, transitions, and background music to enhance video quality.

Maintain brand consistency across all digital content.

Handle raw footage, color correction, and audio balancing.

Optimize videos for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

Stay updated with the latest video editing trends in real estate marketing.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.

Assist in video shoots when required.

Archive and maintain video project files.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Film, or related field preferred.

Proven experience as a Video Editor (Real Estate/Marketing preferred).

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

Strong sense of storytelling and creativity.

Knowledge of real estate marketing trends is a plus.
