Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Achievement
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Generate secondary sales from assigned retail outlets.
- Ensure regular order collection from retailers and distributors.
- Promote and increase sales of existing and newly launched products.

2. Retail Outlet Management
- Visit retail outlets as per the Permanent Journey Plan (PJP).
- Build and maintain robust relationships with retailers.
- Identify and add new retail outlets within the assigned territory.
- Convert potential outlets into active Prithvi retail outlets.

3. Market Coverage & Brand Visibility
- Ensure maximum product availability in all assigned outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional schemes.
- Support branding activities by ensuring display boards, posters, and promotional materials are properly placed.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to the Area Sales Manager.

4. Order Collection & Stock Monitoring
- Collect orders from retailers and coordinate with distributors for timely supply.




- Check distributor stock levels at the beginning of every month.
- Identify slow-moving and non-moving stock and report to the Area Sales Manager.
- Follow up for stock replenishment to avoid stock-outs.

5. Product Promotion & Training
- Explain product features and benefits to retailers.
- Conduct product awareness sessions for retailers and distributor staff.
- Ensure samples are demonstrated and retailers experience the product ("touch and feel").
- Promote new product launches and schemes in the market.

6. Customer Service & Complaint Handling
- Address retailer complaints and service issues promptly.
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure high levels of retailer satisfaction and relationship management.

7. Reporting & System Updates
- Update daily activities, outlet visits, and orders in the company software.
- Submit market feedback and competitor information regularly.
