Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
. Minimum 8 years of experience in remote infrastructure management
. 6+ years working experience supporting AD & ADFS ,PKI
· Should have L3+ level knowledge on Active Directory
· Managing/troubleshooting capabilities of FSMO roles and functions of Active Directory.
· Should have strong hands on experience in GPO DNS and DHCP
· Should have working knowledge on Azure Active Directory, Federation services.
· Should have solid knowledge on certificate management
. Knowledge on AD/DNS/ADFS, Power shell scripting
. Should possess experience on restoring AD objects, replication of AD sites and Services
. Responsible for resolving all technical incidents escalated by the L-2 team
. Analyze Change Request; review change requests with the client & stake holders; validate the information and execute - High complexity; Critical & Emergency Changes
. Participate in Problem Managemen
