Description
- Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium.
- Perform Automated API testing to ensure the reliability and performance of web Applications.
- Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
- Set up automation frameworks from scratch.
- Integrate automation code/tools to CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins, Python, or Java.

Mandatory Skills:
- Extensive experience with Selenium for web automation using Java/Python.
- Proficient in Automation API testing using tools like Ready API, Postman, Playwright.
- Ability to set up automation frameworks from scratch.
- Experience with CI/CD testing.
- Proficiency with Jenkins.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies using LoadRunner/JMeter.
- Knowledge of integrating automation code/tools to CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins, Python, or Java.
- Robust knowledge of Agile test methodology.
- Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, DevOps, etc.
- Excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have:




- Knowledge of Automation tools like Selenium, Test Robot Automation.
- Experience with database testing, preferably SQL.
- Knowledge of data migration testing.
- Understanding ETL processes and testing.
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB)
- GenAI, LLM Model testing experience.
- Test Data creation exposure using code Harbour, synthetic data generator or any other tool.
- Strategize and estimate new automation requirements/projects.
- Preferred domain experience in Insurance & Healthcare.
- Scheduling and Parallel execution Setup.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality automation testing solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and flexibility with timing.
