Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Financial Management:
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to align with the company's growth objectives.
- Develop and implement financial models to evaluate business performance and potential investment opportunities.
- Partner with leadership to create a robust roadmap for scaling and optimizing operations.

2. Fundraising Support :
- Collaborate with founders and stakeholders to prepare investor presentations and financial projections.
- Lead due diligence efforts and ensure compliance with investor requirements.
- Provide insights to negotiate favorable terms and manage funding transactions.

3. Taxation and Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to tax regulations, including GST, TDS, income tax,



and other statutory filings.
- Stay updated on industry-specific regulations and implement necessary compliance measures.
- Liaise with auditors, legal advisors, and government authorities to ensure smooth operations.

4. Accounting and Financial Reporting:
- Supervise day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate maintenance of financial records.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and investors.
- Implement and maintain financial controls and accounting policies.

5. Cash Flow and Risk Management:
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.
