Roles and Responsibilities
- Knowledge of renewable energy integration (Solar/Wind) into grid Experience with forecasting systems (solar/wind forecasting) Understanding of grid balancing, scheduling, and dispatch Familiarity with SLDC/RLDC operations (India context preferred)
- Experience in SCADA/EMS systems implementation, operation, or maintenance Hands-on exposure to substation automation systems (SAS) Experience in power system operations, preferably with utilities,



load dispatch centers, or grid operators
- SCADA configuration (RTU, HMI, Gateway). Protocols: IEC 60870-5-101/104, IEC 61850, Modbus Data acquisition and telemetry systems
- Knowledge Control Center setups, EMS (Energy Management Systems), Alarm/event handling and data logging
- Basic knowledge of: Networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches), Server configuration (Windows/Linux), Database handling (SQL basics Cybersecurity awareness for critical
