About the role (Loans / Loan Syndication Operations):
- Support end-to-end Loans / Loan Syndication Settlement operations across the loan trade lifecycle (primary allocations, secondary trade settlement, amendments where applicable, and post-settlement servicing) with solid focus on risk, controls, and client service.
- Work in a deadline-driven environment supporting daily cut-offs for allocations/settlements, cash movements, and timely closure of trade, cash, and position breaks.
- Partner with Agent Banks, borrowers (via agent), lenders/participants, Front/Middle Office, and internal servicing teams to resolve allocation, confirmation, documentation, and settlement issues quickly and professionally.
- Perform detailed investigation and reconciliation of loan trades, cash movements (principal, interest, fees), and positions; document root cause, drive corrective actions, and escalate per SLA.
- Maintain high data quality and control discipline (borrower/facility details, allocations, settlement instructions/wiring details, and cash postings) to ensure accurate processing, reporting,



and audit readiness.
