Responsibilities
- Lead materials planning to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely availability of components.




- Utilize SAP and advanced planning tools to forecast material requirements based on production schedules and customer demand.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and reduce lead times.
- Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to swiftly address supply chain challenges.
- Engage with global and regional suppliers to ensure material responsiveness and availability.
- Mentor and develop a team of buyers, setting performance objectives and monitoring progress.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration within R&D;, Quality, and Finance for effective planning alignment.
- Ensure compliance with Nokia’s supply chain policies and deliver regular performance reports on inventory and planning metrics

Qualifications
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Typically, a minimum 10–15 years of experience in materials planning or supply chain management
- Proficiency in SAP
