Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Retail Apparel Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting apparel, provide excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, and ensure the store is well-maintained and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable apparel and accessories.
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, styling, and fitting.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle billing, cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
- Replenish stock and ensure products are properly organized.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock management.
- Handle customer queries, returns, and exchanges according to company policy.
- Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and new arrivals.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Follow company policies,



grooming standards, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary); Graduation preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in apparel or fashion.
- Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome to apply.
