Senior Electrical Engineer - RF Design
In this role, you have the prospect to modify, design, develop and maintain MR products realization of a range of products in such a way that future products options and features can be realized with acceptable effects for the earlier products. You are responsible for identifying appropriate technologies for overall system, sub-system and component levels. You will ensure that your design is consistent with the higher-level architecture and requirements.
Your Role:
- Develop electromechanical products based on customer requirements and optimal manufacturing processes.
- Evaluate project feasibility and define hardware/software interfaces.
- Create schematics, BOMs, and technical documentation.
- Set up and run tests, analyze data, and troubleshoot failures.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure safety compliance, reliability, and serviceability of systems.
- Resolve technical and field product issues with effective solutions.
- Transfer designs to manufacturing and support realization strategies.
- Maintain compliance with processes, standards, and regulations.
You are a part of MR coils R&D;, Pune under Diagnostics imaging business, managing E2E product development, sustenance activities.
You are fit if:
- M.Tech / B.E / B.Tech in Electronics Engineering.
- 4+ years in system/subsystem design & development (medical devices preferred; RF coil development a plus).
- Strong knowledge of RF electronics, product development, sustenance, and regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on expertise with Six Sigma tools, risk management, and DFMEA.
- Proficient in DfM, DfC (Cost), and DfR (Reliability) practices.
- Experience with design documentation (schematics, PCB layouts, test data, FMEAs).
- Skilled in system/subsystem testing, troubleshooting, and engineering problem-solving.
