Title: People Operations & Systems Lead

Experience: 4-8 years of experience; prior exposure to the social sector is a plus.

Location: Remote, with up to 30% travel to the Igatpuri headquarters or residential campuses whenever required.

What you’ll do in this role:

Run smooth people operations: Lead end-to-end HR operations including travel, HRMS, asset management, compliance, and reporting to keep the organisation running seamlessly.

Build simple and fair systems: Design solid operational processes and policies that are easy to understand, practical to execute, and fair to everyone. Apply systems thinking to connect processes, identify gaps, and ensure everything works together efficiently.

Bring data and patterns to life: Manage HRMS and dashboards to surface insights, spot trends,



and support smarter people decisions.

Simplify, streamline, and get things done: Spot inefficiencies, question complex ways of working, and implement practical improvements across HR and people systems.

Enable thoughtful, empathetic decisions: Support the PnC team and leadership with balanced decisions that consider both individual well-being and organisational priorities.
