Job Summary




- Southwest's Analytics & AI Pod partners across the business to turn data into decisions — building the dashboards, datasets, KPI frameworks, and AI-enabled analytical products that power operational and strategic decision-making. The team works at the intersection of Analytics, GenBI, self-service analytics, and modern data platforms, delivering trusted insights to stakeholders across Southwest.
- As Business Data Analyst – Analytics & AI, you'll work on initiatives that bridge business strategy, analytics delivery, and data-driven decision-making. You'll build and enhance Tableau dashboards, analytical datasets, and KPI reporting products used across the business — while gaining hands-on exposure to self-service analytics, GenBI, and AI-enabled analytics as you grow your career from our Hyderabad office.
- This role will support Southwest’s Analytics & AI initiatives by transforming business needs into act
