About your role
An M365 Process Automation Lead with robust expertise across the Microsoft 365 stack—.NET/C#, Azure App Services, Logic Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and SharePoint Online/SPFx—is required to work alongside an existing development team in India and coordinate with Business teams in the UK to deliver cloud migration and modernization of CAW applications onto the Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms. This is a high-growth area within Fidelity, and several new M365 and Azure services will be introduced & onboarded in the coming year.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy process automation solutions using .net. C#, react JS, SharePoint Online, Power Automate and Logic Apps.
- Develop Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven) and Power Automate flows for workflow automation and orchestration.
- Implement SharePoi
