Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Brand Channel Management – Handle video uploads, metadata optimisation, and SEO for maximum discoverability.
- Topic & Trend Scouting – Research niche topics and identify opportunities for viral shorts.
- Performance Tracking – Maintain and analyse performance reports, ensuring all data is organised in tracking sheets.
- Content Ideation & Review – Contribute fresh ideas for engaging shorts and review drafts for quality.
- Follow-Ups & Coordination – Work closely with creators, editors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.

Requirements
- Understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO,



and audience engagement tactics.
- Strong research skills to spot emerging trends and niches.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with good spreadsheet and reporting skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to judge what will work on YouTube Shorts.
- Preferred : Prior experience in YouTube channel management or content strategy.
