Data Solutions & Delivery Manager

Our site in Pune, India is seeking a ​​​​​​​Manager of Data Solutions & Delivery to lead the end-to-end delivery of data products that drive business value across the enterprise. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and a strategic mindset to drive the architecture, design, development of data and analytics solutions, and maintenance of high-performance data pipelines, data processing systems, and data analytics platforms. The ideal candidate combines technical fluency with strategic thinking and excels at cross-functional collaboration to unlock the full value of our data ecosystem.

In this role, you will oversee the engineering teams that build and support scalable data systems, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will mentor and guide engineers, while working cross-functionally with stakeholders in data architecture, data science, product, and business teams.

What You’ll Do:
- Data Product Delivery and architecture
- Define and maintain AI ready data architectures that align with the enterprise data,



AI and digital transformation goals
- Define and evolve the AI data product delivery strategy
- Lead the execution of data product initiatives, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery across multiple business units.
- Oversee the lifecycle of data products—from ideation and prototyping to deployment and iteration.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data engineers and software engineers.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within the team.
- Establish transparent performance goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of complex data engineering projects.
