Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose

The Global Data and Analytics organization at Colgate-Palmolive focuses on driving data, advanced analytics and AI capabilities enterprise-wide. Business Intelligence (BI) Strategy is a critical vertical and In this pivotal role, you will help strengthen our BI landscape through data unification, standardization,



automation and AI-enabled solutions. Collaborating across diverse internal data & Analytics teams, you will drive the adoption of Effective BI. Beyond technology, you will champion strategic change management, foster communities of practice and lead the upskilling initiatives required to cultivate a world-class data culture.

Responsibilities :

Define and execute a cohesive global BI strategy , aligning diverse Data & Analytics teams and business stakeholders to ensure a consistent, value-driven framework across the organization

Lead a comprehensive audit of the current landscape to identify and eliminate redundancies , Execute strategies for standardization, rationalization and automation to optimize the portfolio for cost efficiency and clarity
