We are seeking a dedicated Facility Coordinator with technical facility knowledge to support daily operations and maintenance of client facilities across JLL India portfolios. The ideal candidate brings hands-on facility management experience, practical understanding of building systems and MEP operations,
and excels at coordinating multiple service providers while ensuring optimal workplace environments for building occupants.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations Management
The Facility Coordinator will oversee day-to-day facility operations including coordination of housekeeping, maintenance, security, and support services. This involves conducting regular facility inspections and walkthroughs, monitoring building systems performance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety), addressing occupant requests and complaints promptly, and maintaining operational logs and incident reports. The role requires ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while maintaining high service delivery standards.
Technical Coordination & Troubleshooting
The coordinator will provide first-level technical assessment of building systems issues, coordinate with engineering teams on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs, understand basic building automation systems (
