DigiValet is looking for an experienced and highly skilled QA Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in automation testing, performance testing, Selenium testing, manual testing, API testing, and other relevant testing methodologies. Beyond technical proficiency, we are looking for a candidate who embodies robust leadership qualities, including team-building skills, adaptability, leading by example, and self-motivation.

Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Building:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QA engineers.
- Foster a team-oriented and high-performing team culture.

- Adaptability and Problem Solving:
- Demonstrate adaptability in handling evolving project requirements.
- Quickly adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
- Proactively identify and address challenges in the QA process.
- End-to-end quality assurance activity that includes:
- Effort estimation, Planning and strategy of Testing.
- Test case creation and Execution of cases.




- Functional, regression, UI-UX validation
- Release certification and Release report creation

- Responsible for Function and Regression testing
