The Job:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you’ll be part of our Global Talent Acquisition team. You will collaborate with key leadership to develop recruiting strategies and pipelines for various organizations across Stanley Black and Decker. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will have the opportunity to:
- Partner with Recruiting Managers and business stakeholders to understand job requirements, implement effective sourcing strategies, discuss hiring priorities, and share qualified leads




- Manage the entire candidate funnel by engaging with both active and passive talent.
- Proactively develop and implement candidate-generation and sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive talent pools using all available recruiting tools, including social media platforms (LinkedIn), job boards, professional networks, and Boolean search techniques to identify both active and passive candidates.
- Analyze hiring trends, market analytics, and industry changes to help create effective, targeted sourcing strategies.
- Build and sustain a diverse talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, maintaining a steady flow of talent for the organization by creating and nurturing talent communities.
