A Day in the Life
As an IT MA&D; Infrastructure Business Analyst in Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures (MA&D;), your primary role is to support teams and stakeholders in delivering successful infrastructure integration initiatives within a complex and evolving business workplace.

This role assists the Infrastructure Integration Lead by supporting infrastructure-related analysis and coordination activities, including business analysis, options analysis, tracking progress against timelines, and stakeholder communications.

The role plays a key part in supporting the planning and execution of technology and infrastructure-related activities during a merger, acquisition, or divestiture. The focus is on ensuring a smooth infrastructure transition and contributing to outcomes such as seamless system integration, improved operational efficiency,



and overall effectiveness.

Success in this role requires strong coordination and communication across cross-functional teams, including collaboration with project managers, business stakeholders, IT infrastructure teams, and external partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.

- Support planning and execution of IT infrastructure integration during M&A; and divestiture initiatives
