Roles and Responsibilities
Preferred Background: MBA or equivalent management qualification combined with an engineering or technology foundation.
- Advise clients on AI strategy, identifying high-impact use cases, building adoption roadmaps, and ensuring alignment with business priorities and industry trends.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled solutions, translating business objectives into tangible products and measurable outcomes.
- Bridge business and technology teams,



ensuring AI/Gen AI/Agentic AI solutions meet strategic goals while fostering user adoption and change management.
- Engage senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, influencing decision-making and driving adoption of creative, AI-powered business models.
- Shape product strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps for AI-driven initiatives across industries such as Mobility, Smart Cities, Aftersales Services, and Smart Connected Products.
- Develop and present executive-level recommendations, proposals, and business cases that clearly articulate the ROI and strategic impact of AI-enabled transformations.
- Demonstrate leadership by motivating multi-disciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, problem-solving, and ensuring successful execution of engagements.
