Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing Sr. Business Systems Analyst (BSA)



with a strong focus on AI and automation initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex business problems, and can turn data and insights into action. The BSA will lead discovery, shape solutions, support execution, and clearly communicate value and outcomes to senior leaders.

This role partners closely with business, technology, analytics, and operations teams to deliver scalable, high-impact AI and automation solutions that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance client and associate experiences.
