Role Summary

As a Global Marketing Program Manager, you will own and scale global marketing programs and operational systems that turn business priorities into structured, repeatable, and measurable execution across markets. This role focuses on building the program infrastructure, governance, workflows, and cross-functional rhythms needed to deliver strategic projects at scale.



You will operate as a strong cross-functional program lead—working closely with Product Marketing, Growth, Creative, Sales, RevOps, and Regional teams—to manage project roadmaps, improve delivery predictability, scale localization and translation workflows, and embed AI-enabled ways of working across marketing operations.

What You’ll Do

Build & Run Global Marketing Programs

• Own the planning, coordination, and delivery of global marketing programs and strategic projects aligned to business, GTM, and revenue priorities.

• Translate priorities into clear program plans with defined scope, milestones, dependencies, owners, risks, and success metrics.

• Manage project roadmaps, timelines, and delivery rituals to ensure teams are aligned and execution stays on track.

Drive Operational Excellence & Governance

• Establish repeatable program workflows, briefing templates, stage gates, RACI models, and operati
