We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Care Representative to join our team at GoaMiles Pvt. Ltd. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and will be responsible for ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This role requires a high level of empathy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think on your feet.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat conversations from customers
- Provide assistance and resolution to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Act as a liaison between the company and our customers, conveying information accurately and effectively
- Utilize active listening skills to understand and address customer needs and concerns




- Educate customers on our products, services, and promotions
- Identify and escalate complex or recurring issues to the relevant departments
- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
- Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced workplace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Empathetic and patient, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Fluency in English and proficiency in local language(s) is a plus
