We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development leader, preferably from the travel industry, who has previously built or led L&D; functions and can take end-to-end ownership of the department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall L&D; function.
- Drive training, coaching, quality, and capability-building initiatives.
- Own and improve organization-wide quality and training metrics.
- Build frameworks around seller productivity, call quality, and performance improvement.
- Lead the L&D; team and ensure business impact through training interventions
- Conduct regular training sessions and coaching programs.
- Audit sales calls and provide structured feedback.
- Improve call quality, conversion skills, and sales effectiveness.
- Work closely with sales teams on a daily basis.
- Own regional training metrics and capability development.
- Ensure consistent adoption of sales processes and best practices.
